Nearly hundred delegates came together for a day of talks, discussions and workshops on making tourism accessible for everyone at Low Wood Bay Hotel in Windermere yesterday.
We cannot thank our partners enough for all their hard work in helping us organise this inspiring and informative event. It was a true team effort between Cumbria Tourism, Lake District National Park, National Trust, Langdale Estate and Lakeland Arts, lead by Lake District Mobility.
We all learnt enormously about accessible tourism, had an opportunity to build partnerships and plan future collaborations.
We look forward to planning next year’s event in support of Cumbria’s tourism sector in providing an inclusive and positive experience for all visitors.
