Route Description:
Come and explore one of the Midland's most well known forests, with a Tramper route for everyone!
The Permitted Area around the Visitor Centre gives access to the play areas, large grassed areas (including disc golf) as well as giving viewing points for Go Ape and Pedal and Play.
Archer's Stroll - a gentle, all weather, surface trail. Perfect for families. Follow the white waymarkers.
Maid Marion's Cycle Trail - take this longer Tramper route to explore the forest and its mixture of trees. Take a well deserved break at one of the picnic tables along the way. Follow the green waymarkers.
Castle Walk - This unsurfaced trail takes you through a rich mixture of forest habitats. A more challenging trail on the Tramper, it includes sections which are off camber and steeper gradients, as well as rougher sections with exposed roots.
