Distance/Terrain: 

Ormesby Hall Gardens Trail – up to 0.9 miles (1.5km) – mainly woodchip/gravel and grass trails 

Ormesby Hall Multi-User Trail – up to 2.2 miles (3.5km) – mainly gravel/solid paths, with access through car park and road crossings 

Arrival:

Collect the Tramper from the Ticket Office Kiosk. Parking information can be found here

Requirements: 

  • Bring one form of ID (non-photo acceptable).

  • Tramper users must remain on the specified routes.

  • Tramper users must be accompanied by another person (capable of seeking assistance). 

  • National Trust admission charges apply (admission free to National Trust members).

Route Description:

Ormesby Hall Gardens Trail -  offering a shorter trail with the opportunity to take in the formal gardens around the hall, as well as meadows and orchards. There is safe access to the play areas on the Tramper, as well as cafe access (Tramper not to be taken inside). 

Ormesby Hall Multi-User Trail - a longer, circular route around the wider Ormesby Hall estate, offering a mix of woodland, parkland and open views. The route consists mainly of all weather, solid paths. The perfect opportunity for some wildlife spotting!

Booking Process

 

  1.  You need to be an Outdoor Mobility member to book a Tramper. If you are not yet a member please click here to buy your Membership. 

  2. Once you are a member, select the venue you wish to visit and click 'Book Now' (below).

  3. Select the time and date of your booking and click the 'Next' button.

  4. Complete the booking form and click 'Book Now' to confirm your booking.
