Keldy Forest is a residential forest, managed by Forestry England. They provide lodge and cabin accommodation, operated by Forest Holidays. The forest paths are available for the public to enjoy.

NOTE: this is a commercial woodland and, periodically, access to some of the paths may be restricted due to forestry work. Please follow any instructions provided by notices and staff on site for your safety.

The Tramper route takes you from Keldy Forest Holidays through woodland and across the farmland to nearby Cropton Forest Holidays. You will return to Keldy Forest on the same route.

Please be aware that the route includes a section of farmland where livestock may be present. Only proceed with care and consideration at such times. Do ask staff for guidance before starting your Tramper journey if you have concerns about livestock.

Members must be accompanied on the route by another person during the Tramper hire session, due to lack of mobile signal.

All Tramper users must stay on the designated Tramper route path.
