Cropton Forest

Cropton Forest is a residential forest, managed by Forestry England, and provides cabin accommodation, operated by Forest Holidays. The forest paths and the comprehensive facilities are available for the public to enjoy.

Cropton Forest offers great diversity in the types of woodland and forest that can be explored on the Tramper. The Spiers bank route traverses through plantation forest, with views over moorland and opportunities for spotting a variety of wildlife.

Members must be accompanied on the route by another person during the Tramper hire session, due to limited or no mobile signal.

All Tramper users must stay on the designated Tramper route path.
